Refunds Policy


Thank you for choosing IMEIRadiX for your service needs. We are committed to providing you with the best possible experience. To ensure transparency and clarity, we have outlined our Refunds Policy below.

Refunds Eligibility:

  1. IMEI Repairs: Our IMEI Repair service is eligible for a refund if the order has not entered the processing stage. Please note that some services may require two steps, as outlined below:
    • Step 1: Read the Phone secure info for submission to the server.
    • Step 2: Write the new info to the phone (the IMEI number).
    Once an order advances beyond Step 1, it becomes non-refundable, and cancellation is not possible.
  2. Carrier Unlocks: Similarly, our Network Unlock service is refundable if the order has not entered the processing stage. Some services may require two steps:
    • Step 1: Read the Phone secure info for submission to the server.
    • Step 2: Write the new info to the phone (Unlocking the secure network locks).
    Once an order advances beyond Step 1, it becomes non-refundable, and cancellation is not possible.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Please understand that unlocking a device's network enables its usage with carriers that match the Carrier/Country requirements. However, we cannot guarantee compatibility with all carriers or countries.
  • We cannot issue refunds in the following cases or similar scenarios:
    • Ex 1: Unlocking an AT&T S9 does not make it compatible with Sprint Carrier because Sprint only activates devices sold by themselves.
    • Ex 2: After unlocking, the device may not pick up a signal if the IMEI is blacklisted or blocked in the country used.
    • Ex 3: After unlocking, if you experience issues with making phone calls or low signal due to hardware faults.

Refund Processing Time:

Upon refund request, we will process it as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 1-5 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

Communication Regarding Refunds:

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact our customer support team immediately with your order details and reasons for requesting the refund. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly and guide you through the refund process.

Partial Refunds:

In some cases, partial refunds may be applicable if only a part of the service was completed before a cancellation request.

Error on Our Part:

If we make an error resulting in an unsuccessful service or inconvenience, we will issue a full refund without delay.

Order Cancellation by Us:

In rare circumstances, where we encounter technical issues or are unable to fulfill an order, we may have to cancel it. If this occurs, we will notify you promptly and process a full refund for the affected order.

Non-Refundable Services:

Certain services may be labeled as non-refundable due to their nature or limitations imposed by third-party providers. We will clearly indicate the non-refundable status on the service description page.
